Solution
AI Agents & Workflow Automation
Give the repetitive work to a system that can actually follow the process.
The most useful automation is rarely one prompt or one trigger. Real business workflows cross inboxes, documents, databases, approvals, CRMs, ERPs, project systems, and people.
We build agents and automated workflows that can interpret information, make bounded decisions, move work between systems, and know when a person needs to take over.
Capabilities
What AI agents and workflow automation can actually handle
AI Agents
Task-specific agents that retrieve context, use approved tools, follow defined instructions, and complete bounded work across business systems.
Tool use | Model orchestration | Memory | Permissions
Workflow Automation
Multi-step processes involving triggers, branching logic, updates, notifications, approvals, and exception states.
Events | APIs | Webhooks | Business rules
Document-Driven Automation
Read PDFs, forms, spreadsheets, emails, or other unstructured inputs and convert them into structured downstream actions.
Document parsing | Extraction | Validation | Structured outputs
Human-in-the-Loop Systems
AI handles routine work but pauses for approval, uncertainty, exceptions, or decisions that should remain human.
Confidence thresholds | Review queues | Approvals | Audit history
Multi-System Orchestration
Coordinate actions across CRM, ERP, email, databases, websites, internal tools, and third-party platforms.
APIs | Identity matching | State management | Write-back actions
Agent Monitoring & Evaluation
Track what agents do, what they may do, where they fail, and whether outputs continue to meet the business requirement.
Logging | Evaluation | Guardrails | Error handling
Transformation
What changes when the process can move without constant manual oversight
Shared inbox triage
A shared operations inbox receives customer requests, PDFs, status questions, and internal messages. Someone reads every email, determines what it is, forwards it, and manually creates follow-up tasks.
Messages are classified automatically, relevant data is extracted, the customer or project is matched, routine actions are created in the correct system, and only ambiguous or high-risk requests reach a person.
Document processing
Employees open submitted forms or PDFs, copy fields into another system, rename/file the document, and email someone when information is missing.
The workflow extracts required fields, validates them, writes approved data downstream, stores the source correctly, and creates an exception task when something is incomplete.
Status follow-up
Teams repeatedly check systems and send manual status emails because customers and internal stakeholders cannot see what changed.
The workflow watches approved status changes, generates the appropriate update, records the action, and escalates only situations requiring judgment.
Approval routing
A request moves through email or Slack until somebody remembers who needs to approve it. Context separates from the request and there is no reliable record of where it stalled.
The system identifies the approver, packages context, routes the decision, records the response, updates the source system, and escalates overdue approvals.
Repetitive research
An employee repeatedly gathers the same information from internal documents, websites, CRM records, or databases before beginning the actual work.
An agent retrieves approved sources, assembles the context, cites where information came from, and prepares the working brief for human review.
Orchestration
How an agent actually completes the work
Triggers can originate in email, forms, schedules, system events, or people. Context can come from databases, documents, CRM/ERP, APIs, or retrieval. Actions occur only through approved tools. Validation and escalation are designed into the workflow.
Email · Forms · Schedules · System events · People
Databases · Documents · CRM / ERP · APIs · Retrieval
Approved tools only · Validation · Escalation · Audit history
Representative system
The value is in completing the workflow, not just generating an answer.
Representative scenario: an incoming customer request contains an attachment. The agent identifies the customer, reads the attachment, retrieves account context, determines the required workflow, creates or updates approved records, and sends uncertain cases to an employee with context already assembled.
