Where do you want to start?
Start with a Fast Build if you know the job that needs doing. Start with Discovery if you want to find where AI fits across the company first. Both end with something working.
The two pathways
Fast Build
This is you if you know exactly what's slowing a team down, or you've already built a prototype.
From $12K
plus monthly support from $500 a month, starting at go‑live
- Connected to your systems
- Tested on your data
- Your team trained
- Monthly support from go-live
Discovery
This is you if you want the whole company working with AI, and you need a partner to build it.
$20K–$25K
for discovery and a working prototype. You leave with a phased build plan and a fixed quote for phase one, and you decide from there.
- A few conversations with your teams
- A working prototype on your data
- A phased build plan
- A fixed quote for phase one
Not sure which fits? Pick Discovery. If the answer is one team and one task, we'll tell you and quote a Fast Build instead.
How each one runs
What happens after you start
Implementation done in weeks, not months.
Fast Build
-
Watch the task
We sit with the team that does the work and see where the time goes, so the build fits how the task really runs.
-
Build and connect
We build the system, connect it to the tools your team already uses, and test it on your own data.
-
Go live
Your team starts using it, with training and written guides, and we stay close through the first weeks.
-
Monthly support
Support starts at go-live, from $500 a month. It covers monitoring, fixes, and steady improvements, and fixes to our own work are never billed.
Discovery
-
Discover
It starts with a few conversations with the people who run each part of the business, and a look at the systems and data they use.
-
Prototype
We build a working prototype of the idea that pays off first, so you see it working before you decide anything else.
-
Plan and quote
You get a phased build plan, ranked by what pays off soonest, with a fixed quote for phase one.
-
Build in phases
If you go ahead, we build phase one at the quoted price. Each later phase is quoted from what the last one proved, and you decide at every step.
Why now
Your team already builds with AI. The work is making it something the business can depend on.

Add-ons, named up front.
Some projects need extra work around the build. If yours does, it’s named in your first quote with a not-to-exceed figure, so there are no surprise line items. Fixes to our own work are never an add-on.
IT review and approvals
Working with your IT team: questionnaires, data-handling approvals, hosting decisions, and review meetings.
Sign-in and access roles
Putting the system behind your existing login, with different access for staff, reps, and customers.
Data prep and migration
Scanning paper records, transcribing audio and video, cleaning old archives, and loading history.
Training and rollout
Live sessions, recorded walkthroughs, and team guides, including extra sites or shifts.
Hosting and AI usage are passed through at cost, with no markup. Every quote estimates them with a monthly cap, or you can use your own AI account.
Pricing questions
Questions people ask about cost
How much does AI strategy cost?
Strategy starts with Discovery. Discovery and a working prototype come in at $20K–$25K, and they end in a phased build plan with a fixed quote for the first phase.
How much does custom AI development cost?
For one team and one task, a Fast Build starts at $12K, and monthly support starts at go-live. Company-wide builds are quoted in phases, from what the Discovery prototype proved. The price depends on how many systems the work connects to and how many people the task ties up.
Which pathway is right for us?
Choose a Fast Build if you can name the task and the team it slows down. Choose Discovery if leadership wants AI across the company and you need to find where it pays off first. If you’re not sure, start with Discovery. If the answer turns out to be one team and one task, we’ll tell you and quote a Fast Build instead.
We built a first version with an AI tool. Can you work with it?
Yes. A prototype is a good start for a Fast Build. We review what you built, connect it to your real systems, add sign-in and testing, and train the team that will use it. If parts of it need rebuilding, the quote says which ones.
Can we start with a Fast Build and go company-wide later?
Yes. Start with one Fast Build for one team. Once it’s working, Discovery maps where AI pays off across the rest of the company, and what you already built becomes part of the plan.
What does support cost after launch?
Monthly support starts at go-live, from $500 a month. It covers monitoring, fixes, and steady improvements, and fixes to our own work are never billed. Hosting and AI usage are passed through at cost.
Are there extra fees?
Only if your project needs extra work around the build, such as IT review, sign-in and access roles, data prep, or training. Each one is named in your first quote with a not-to-exceed figure.
What affects the quote?
The biggest variable is how much of your business the system needs to understand and connect. A focused workflow with clean data and a few integrations is a different job from a platform spanning legacy systems, several data sources, and many teams. We price against the systems involved, the state of the data, and how many people the task ties up.
